Survey of Student Learning Experience

The University Faculty Rules, 3335-3-35 (C)(14), stipulate that students be given the opportunity to evaluate the quality of instruction provided in each course. The Survey of Student Learning Experience (SSLE) is the official, university-wide instrument for this purpose.

Following a successful pilot in the 2024-2025 academic year, the Student Evaluation of Instruction (SEI) has been updated and is now known as the Survey of Student Learning Experience (SSLE). The SSLE is administered electronically through the software Blue, by Explorance. For more information, visit the General SSLE Information page.
