The deadline to apply for graduation for autumn semester, spring semester, and summer term is as follows:

Undergraduate: The Friday of the 10th week of the semester/term
Graduate and Professional: The Friday of the 3rd week of the semester/term

If a college/department has an earlier deadline to apply, please follow that deadline. The universal deadline dates listed above are a point of reference for late add petitions from a college. If a college/department chooses to approve a late add petition, the petition must then go to the Registrar’s office, where it will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
