Running the International Character Report

1. Navigate to the Excused and Intl Char Report page.

Pathname: OSU Student Records - Commencement Reports and Processes- Excused & Intl Character Rpt

2. Click .

3. Click the appropriate Run Control ID.

After a Run Control ID is created, it may be reused when running the Intl Char Report in the future.

4. Complete the following fields on the Excused and International Characters Report page:

• *Term
• Degree Checkout Status

5. Check International Character Report .

6. Click .

7. Confirm the Process Scheduler Request.

a. Confirm Server Name is blank (defaults to correct server).

b. Select the Ad Hoc Reports Process Name SR188OS.

c. Click .

9. Access report output.

a. Click Process Monitor.

b. Click Details.

c. Click View Log/Trace and select the pdf file to view the report.
