Running the College Verification Report

1. Navigate to the College Verification Report page.

Pathname: OSU Student Records - Commencement Reports and Processes- College Verification Report

2. Click .

3. Click the appropriate Run Control ID.

After a Run Control ID is created, it may be reused when running the College Verification Report in the future.

4. Complete the following fields on the College Verification Report page:

• Academic Institution = OSUSI
• *Academic Career
• Academic Program (optional)
• *Degree Checkout Status
• *Term

5. Click .

6. Confirm the Process Scheduler Request.

a. Confirm Server Name is blank (defaults to correct server).

b. Select the Verification Report Process Name SR184OS.

c. Click .

9. Access report output.

Click Process Monitor.

Click Details.

Click View Log/Trace and select the appropriate pdf link.
