Maintain Service Indicators

1. Navigate to the Service Indicator Data page.

Pathname: Campus Community- Service Indicators (Student) - Service Indicator Data

2. At the Search page complete the following field:

• Student's OSU ID

3. Click.

4. Add values in the following fields:

• Service Ind Active Term
• Service Indicator Code
• Service Ind Reason Code
• Placed Person ID (Optional)

5. Click.

NOTE: Remove a service indicator by deleting the row for the selected service indicator (click the minus sign on the row you want to remove).
